Next workshop – Thursday, May 4th and Wednesday, May 17th from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM
A monthly training program designed to educate and train Arizona referees to USA Karate National Referee A skill level. Knowledge from this program will benefit everyone who has an interest in learning USA Karate/WKF rules.

The program will be held every first Thursday and third Wednesday of the month from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM

Everyone is invited who wants to understand the rules and protocols used in our sanctioned USA Karate Arizona competitions. Though the focus and structure is geared for referee development, all parties (competitors, coaches, instructors, and parents) will gain a complete understanding of competition rules.

Dance Werk is a high energy class that will take your cardio workouts to a new level.
This class provides students with international genres of music, combined with dance moves that will get your fitness in check, while making a positive impact on both your physical and mental well being. No dance background necessary and open to all fitness levels.

Saturdays from 8 AM to 9 AM
$35 for 4 sessions
$20 for each additional family member
50% of the proceeds will go to benefit the Champions Foundation of Arizona!

SMAC Grappling Competition Part 2
*Students will be divided into groups based on size*
9:30 AM - 16 and 17 year old
All competitors must wear a gi, helmet and mouthpiece
Matches will be two minutes in length
The competitor who controls their opponent for 15 seconds or accumulates the most points by the end of the match wins.
A repechage system will be used.
1 point for a take down or sweep
2 points for side control
3 points for mount or back control

A minimum tax deductible donation of $10 per competitor to the Champions Foundation of Arizona.
